Description

You will lead a team of engineers building scalable behavior systems for autonomous vehicles across diverse domains, owning the architecture and delivery of a next-generation system. Drive strategy and technical roadmap, guide algorithm implementation, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in robotics or autonomous systems with focus on behavior systems
  • Experience in two or more of: behavior planning, decision making under uncertainty, path planning, motion planning, probabilistic reasoning, prediction, machine learning, trajectory generation, mapless driving, end-to-end autonomy stack
  • Proven ability to architect large-scale production software for real-world robotic or automotive systems
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive overall strategy, technical roadmap, and architecture for behavior planning for L2 and L4 autonomous vehicles
  • Guide design and implementation of robust, safety-critical algorithms for various driving domains
  • Grow and manage a team of world-class engineers in behavior systems
  • Evolve architecture to achieve L4 end-to-end stack
  • Work cross-functionally with Perception, Research, Simulation, and Vehicle Operations teams
