You'll lead the Platform Engineering team, defining strategy for cloud infrastructure and developer platforms at Ledger, the global leader in digital asset security. Your work directly empowers over 20% of the world's crypto assets by ensuring scalable, reliable production systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute platform engineering strategy
• Lead and manage the Platform Engineering team
• Oversee design and maintenance of developer platforms and CI/CD
• Lead initiatives for infrastructure as code and observability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software and platform/infrastructure engineering
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, containerisation, and IaC
• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure engineering teams
• Experience designing and operating developer platforms or internal PaaS

• Knowledge of service mesh and API management
• Experience with GitOps and platform engineering patterns
