💼 About This Role

You'll provide exceptional technical support for Crusoe Cloud's sustainable GPU compute platform, enabling customers in AI/ML, physics simulations, and computational biology. You'll troubleshoot complex issues across VMs, managed inference, and Kubernetes while collaborating with SRE and networking teams. This role directly impacts AI innovation by ensuring seamless customer operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide timely technical support via Zendesk, meeting SLAs and 95%+ CSAT.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Managed Inference, VMs, and hardware failures.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issue resolution.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and other teams on RCAs and maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years customer support experience in cloud/storage/networking.
• Strong Linux CLI skills and proficiency with command-line tools.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of HPC technologies (Infiniband, RDMA, RoCE, SDN).

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (CKA, CKAD, AWS ML Specialty, etc.).
• Experience with Slurm, PyTorch, and AI/ML workloads.
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Terraform, Bash).
