Description

You will join the elite TrakCare Backline Support team, resolving the most complex escalated issues for global healthcare customers. Operating at a full-stack level, you will recreate customer environments, diagnose problems, and drive durable solutions while acting as a trusted authority for teams and customers.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with TrakCare and IRIS
• Background in development, implementation, or support of enterprise healthcare software
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Full-stack technical specialist capable of designing and building complete customer-like environments
• Strong programming and scripting skills in InterSystems Caché ObjectScript, SQL, JavaScript, Angular

Responsibilities

• Act as a recognized TrakCare subject-matter expert
• Independently manage high-severity escalations and crisis situations
• Provide advanced technical analysis of customer environments and system behavior
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex issues and ensure durable solutions
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing
