💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and Procure-to-Pay within Ramp's Solutions organization, supporting enterprise evaluations end-to-end. You'll lead deep discovery, validate technical requirements, and design future-state workflows that ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding. This role directly shapes how companies manage billions in spend.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep-dive discovery on procurement workflows and requirements
• Map customer requirements to Ramp's capabilities and design workarounds
• Build pre-sale implementation plans with phases and dependencies
• Conduct integration assessments including API and SFTP validation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Procurement, P2P, or ERP implementation roles
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
• Hands-on experience with P2P solutions like Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua
• API experience required, plus SFTP, integrations, and ERP financial objects

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications in Coupa, Ariba, Workday or other ERP/P2P platforms
• SQL or scripting familiarity
• Experience working closely with Product teams to influence roadmap
