You'll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, defining EMEA talent strategy at a leading AI contracting platform. You'll build scalable processes and partner with hiring managers to ensure a high-touch candidate experience. This role grants significant autonomy in shaping our London office growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own recruitment process from sourcing to offer for GTM and G&A roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role profiles, compensation, and timelines.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence research.
  • Create and scale recruitment processes, interview guides, and scorecards.
  • Leverage data to enhance hiring decisions and anticipate challenges.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep experience with GTM recruiting in the UK and across Europe.
  • Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with comfort navigating ambiguity.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby ATS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of DACH and Benelux markets.
