You'll act as a trusted advisor to Crumbl Franchise Partners, consulting on profitability, marketing, and operational excellence. You'll drive business growth through data analysis and strategic recommendations. This role requires extensive travel across the Great Lakes zone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted advisor relationships with Franchise Partners through on-site visits.
• Develop reports and actionable recommendations using sales and profitability data.
• Create marketing strategies and community involvement initiatives.
• Coach Franchise Partners on operational KPIs and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of running a successful business.
• Strong financial literacy and P&L analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
