Description
You will design and scale sales enablement programs for Roku's Ad Sales teams, leading GTM training, developing learning paths, and partnering with leadership to drive sales readiness in a hybrid environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and scaling enablement programs in high-growth environments
- Proven ability to partner with senior GTM leadership and drive behavioral change in matrixed organizations
- Process-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills to bridge product knowledge and sales skills gaps
- Agile problem solver comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple high-priority projects
- Exceptional communication skills with strong familiarity with Connected TV (CTV) landscape
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM training program including live meeting management and newsletter in partnership with Product teams
- Design and deliver continuous learning programs for sales reps across multiple modalities
- Partner with Head of Enablement to build and launch new Enablement platform with learning paths and certifications
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in product knowledge, sales skills, or training materials
- Drive adoption of sales enablement tools and manage user training and engagement reporting
