You'll lead instructional coaching and curriculum implementation across grades K-12 at a network of schools serving Newark, NJ. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend and participate in grade level meetings to support instructional alignment.
• Coach teachers on assessing student mastery and growth.
• Lead data analysis meetings to create reteach plans.
• Deliver professional development sessions using adult learning practices.

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4 years of teaching experience.
• New Jersey Principal Certificate or Letter of Eligibility.
