You'll manage end-to-end stock administration processes using E*TRADE Equity Edge Online and partner with Finance, Payroll, and People teams to support global operations. Your work will ensure accurate stock data and a superior employee experience. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote or hybrid work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer stock programs for U.S. and global employees
• Maintain stock data on E*TRADE Equity Edge Online platform
• Provide employee support on stock awards and policies
• Manage integration projects with internal teams
• Collaborate with SOX auditors and assist with 10b5-1 plans

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of public company stock administration experience
• Experience with multiple stock award types and large volume
• Proficiency with E*TRADE Equity Edge Online
• Strong analytical and project management skills
