Description

As an RF Test Specialist, you will set up and operate the EMC and radio compliance test lab for Starlink, performing measurements on phased array and passive antennas for satellites, ground stations, and user products. You'll support test development, maintain inventory, and coordinate lab usage to ensure fast, accurate testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of professional hands-on engineering or lab technician experience, or a degree in engineering, math, or science
• Basic computer literacy including MS Excel and Word, and Windows OS
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow drawings and electrical schematics (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience working with RF test equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Characterize RF amplifiers and integrated circuits using signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and power meters
• Set up, tear down, calibrate, and document RF test benches
• Collect, validate, and present RF measurement results
• Assemble and rework microelectronic semiconductor devices using die attach, surface mount, and flip-chip bonding
• Select and procure lab equipment and RF components, maintain stock, and coordinate yearly calibrations
