You'll lead the marketing operations programs team to enable effective execution of major initiatives. You'll design and standardize workflows, operating models, and playbooks that improve execution consistency. You'll drive cross-functional delivery of go-to-market efforts and technology rollouts.
π― What You'll Do
- Coach and guide marketing operations program execution through intake and delivery rhythms.
- Design and standardize workflows, operating standards, and playbooks for consistent execution.
- Serve as central coordination point to align priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional delivery of major marketing initiatives and transformations.
π Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, or change management experience.
- 3+ years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team.
- Proven experience building and running intake, prioritization, and portfolio management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design, standardize, and scale workflows and operating models.

- Masterβs degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
