💼 About This Role

You'll work as a lead mobility specialist responsible for platform engineering and advanced troubleshooting of enterprise mobility services. You'll drive security, efficiency, and service maturity while serving as a technical escalation point. This role offers the chance to mentor junior administrators and shape the mobility roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle advanced troubleshooting for MDM, carrier services, and mobile apps.
• Engineer and optimize Workspace ONE / Omnissa environment with compliance frameworks.
• Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews for high-severity incidents.
• Automate workflows using APIs, scripts, and ServiceNow integration.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise mobility / UEM experience.
• Strong reporting skills (Excel / Power BI / ServiceNow dashboards).
• Deep knowledge of JAMF Pro, Intune, and mobile OS (iOS/Android).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

• Healthcare mobility experience.
• Azure Active Directory (Cloud) experience.
• JAMF 200/300 or Microsoft Mobility Certifications.
