Description
In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to Cato's employees across global offices, manage user accounts and access, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and handle employee onboarding and offboarding. You will also provide AV support and collaborate with systems and security teams to improve IT workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and Kandji administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Customer-oriented and professional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to employees across all global offices
- Lead IT processes for employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and device setup
- Provide AV support for auditorium and conference rooms, managing Zoom Rooms and Polycom systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS environments
- Administer cloud-based infrastructure including Azure AD, Intune, and Kandji
