You'll build and scale core systems for Tesorio's cash flow optimization platform, working across backend, APIs, and frontend. You'll own problems end-to-end and ship quickly in a low-structure environment where speed and accuracy directly impact business outcomes.

• Ship end-to-end features across backend, APIs, and frontend
• Design and evolve scalable backend systems for financial workflows
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear, practical solutions
• Work with Product and Design to deliver customer impact

📋 Requirements

• Experience building large-scale systems and complex backend architecture
• Recent experience in fast-paced, low-structure teams with track record of shipping quickly
• Clear ownership of meaningful work with end-to-end responsibility
• Comfort using AI tools as part of development workflow
