💼 About This Role

You'll transform residential outdoor spaces by designing and installing landscapes and hardscapes that enhance comfort and curb appeal. Your work will bring clients' visions to life through creative problem-solving and hands-on installation. This role offers variety and the satisfaction of creating beautiful outdoor living areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and install plant beds, gardens, and lawn areas.
• Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits.
• Communicate with homeowners to understand their goals.
• Maintain clean job sites and operate equipment safely.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of residential landscaping and/or hardscaping experience.
• Valid NC Driver's License with clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Strong understanding of horticulture, grading, drainage, and outdoor construction.
• Proficiency with landscaping tools, power equipment, and small machinery.
