You will manage retirement plan terminations for the RPA team, handling year-end testing, 5500 filings, and drafting resolutions while communicating with clients throughout the process. This role focuses on ensuring compliance and driving improvements in retirement plan administration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retirement plan administration experience
• Experience with plan terminations and/or plan documents
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite

Responsibilities

• Year end testing for DC plans
• 5500s for terminating DC plans
• Drafting termination resolutions
• Communicate with clients throughout the termination process
