💼 About This Role

You'll own the roadmap for in-store integrations powering products like Caper carts, Foodstorm, and Carrot Tags. Your core impact is architecting data foundations for real-time access to transaction, inventory, and loyalty data. You'll partner with engineering and external providers to ship first-of-a-kind integrations that enable AI-driven store intelligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the integration roadmap and prioritize based on business impact and feasibility.
• Drive end-to-end execution with Engineering, Partnerships, and Solution Architects.
• Lead external partner alignment and negotiate data contracts with retailers and vendors.
• Define KPIs and build feedback loops to improve integration velocity and stability.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management focused on backend, platform, or API products.
• 2+ years leading multiple third-party integrations with enterprise customers or vendors.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder integration programs.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to C-suite stakeholders and negotiating SOWs/SLAs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Retail technology domain expertise in POS, inventory, loyalty, or store operations platforms.
• Experience building or integrating AI/ML capabilities, defining data needs for model training.
• Familiarity with privacy, security, and compliance for retail data (PCI, PII).
