💼 About This Role

You'll lead the East York campus to increasing effectiveness at introducing people to Jesus and helping them fully follow him. This role involves recruiting and pastoring a community of musicians and carrying out weekend worship services with excellence. You'll also contribute creatively to song development and special events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead worship 46-48 weekends per year.
• Recruit, train, and pastor a community of musicians.
• Schedule volunteers using Planning Center Online.
• Contribute creatively to song development and special events.
