💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, high-trust engineering team owning infrastructure end-to-end. You'll improve reliability, observability, and scalability while building self-service tooling that makes developers' lives easier. This role focuses on automation and operational excellence, not manual ops.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build self-service tooling and infrastructure for engineering teams
• Improve observability, availability, security, and latency of products
• Participate in on-call for owned services
• Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure or SRE roles
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Strong programming skills in Go or Node.js
• Experience with Kubernetes in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Postgres and Elasticsearch administration
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog
