Description
You will drive new business by identifying and closing opportunities with prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and ensure seamless customer handoffs, all while meeting quarterly quotas and contributing to revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years full-cycle sales or account executive experience, ideally in technology/SaaS
- Hunter mentality with track record of sourcing and closing new business with mid-market/enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence decision-makers
- Experience selling AI-powered technologies or CX platforms is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients
- Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
- Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase ARR
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams to refine GTM strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
