You'll be the first point of contact for HR inquiries and support the full employee lifecycle in a remote-first, creative studio environment. You'll maintain HR data integrity across systems while coordinating recruitment, benefits, and payroll updates.

• Respond to employee HR inquiries
• Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding
• Maintain HR records and data in systems
• Coordinate recruitment scheduling and communication
• Administer benefits and time-off tracking

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 2+ years of HR coordination experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment support
• Knowledge of Canadian provincial labour laws
