📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience
• Proven track record with complex backend systems
• Deep expertise in Python for backend services
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms

• History of building products in hyper-growth startups
• Experience with Spark or large-scale data processing
