๐ผ About This Role
You'll define and evolve Airalo's global pricing strategy and architecture for eSIM connectivity across 200+ countries. You'll build a centralized pricing data layer and establish pricing governance across teams. This remote role offers work-from-anywhere flexibility and an all-expenses-paid company retreat.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define global pricing strategy and architecture (market tiers, corridors, bundles)
- Design pricing across B2C and B2B/B2B2C channels with different margin structures
- Build pricing decision framework balancing growth, margin, and LTV
- Own pricing experimentation roadmap and run A/B tests
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in B2C and B2B/B2B2C pricing, ideally in Telco or connectivity
- Experience in high-scale, data-rich environments with structured product pricing
- Proven track record of driving measurable commercial impact
- Hands-on experience with data warehouses and BI tools
โจ Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven pricing or recommendation systems
- Strong understanding of unit economics and price elasticity
- Experience with brand values and reputation in pricing
