You will partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams to design and optimize top-of-funnel processes, automation, and tooling for lead lifecycle management. Your work ensures predictable, clean, and scalable revenue operations, enabling downstream teams to execute with confidence.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree
  • 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and solid understanding of BI tools
  • Experience with lead lifecycle management, routing tools, data enrichment, or scoring frameworks preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize top of funnel merchant lifecycle processes with automation and data quality
  • Own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives end to end across multiple teams
  • Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for actionable insights
  • Own workflow automations to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work
