🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach Treatment Coordinators on same-day conversion techniques
• Monitor KPIs and identify performance gaps using data
• Conduct practice visits for deep-dive interventions
• Standardize adoption of the OP sales playbook

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in managerial or treatment coordinator role in orthodontic practice
• Proven problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Ability to travel 20%+ as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
