You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers in the consumer finance industry, learning all aspects of the business. Your core impact will be providing personalized financial solutions while handling inbound and outbound sales calls. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person at the branch
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend products
• Complete loan applications and process transactions

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ years of customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including Saturdays

• Fluent in English and Spanish
