💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team to create the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations. You'll help achieve sales targets while ensuring fans can get the merch they love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store
