💼 About This Role

You'll join MeBe to provide evidence-based therapies for children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll receive paid RBT training and mentorship to launch your career in behavior therapy. Your work directly helps kids develop communication and daily living skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record client progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred
• Background in child care, teaching, or counseling
• Bachelor's degree in related field
