💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution for Fundraise Up's core nonprofit verticals, driving product vision and market leadership. You'll lead a team of PMs, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, and engage directly with senior nonprofit executives on complex deals. This role offers the chance to shape the platform that powers millions in donations monthly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep expertise in Core Markets through discovery and executive interviews.
• Own the Core Markets strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across verticals.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of 2-5 Product Managers.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, CS, and Marketing on GTM execution.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years leading PMs.
• Enterprise B2B experience in SaaS/fintech/payments/e-commerce.
• Proven track record of discovery from insight to measurable impact.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and native Russian.
