💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day accounting at a high-growth AI language learning company, improving workflows with an AI-native mindset. You'll manage P2P, T&E, contractor payments, and the monthly close. This role offers equity and the chance to scale finance operations at a Series-C unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own procure-to-pay in Ramp for vendor onboarding and invoice processing
• Run day-to-day T&E management including cards, reimbursements, and employee support
• Manage contractor payments in Deel end-to-end with routing and approvals
• Own parts of the 5-business-day close in Campfire with reconciliations and variance investigation

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience at a high-growth tech startup
• Experience with full-cycle P2P and tools like Ramp or Tipalti
• Strong knowledge of ERP AP module, journal entries, fixed assets, and reconciliations
• Solid understanding of US GAAP

• Experience in a globally distributed team and multi-entity environment
• Experience with global creator payment management
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA
