Description

You will lead League of Legends' regional communications, social, influencer, and community strategy across EMEA, ensuring every message and activation reflects the game's voice. Acting as the regional counterpart to the Global Editor in Chief, you'll guide local teams, manage crisis communications, and drive culturally relevant narratives to strengthen player connections.

Requirements

• 7+ years in communications, social media, community in games/entertainment/tech
• Proven experience leading integrated comms and community strategies at regional/multi-market level
• Strong crisis communications management experience
• Demonstrated success in crafting culturally relevant campaigns for diverse audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Lead League of Legends EMEA-wide comms, social, influencer, and community strategy
• Serve as regional counterpart to Global Editor in Chief for storytelling alignment
• Partner with local Community Leads to shape culturally relevant narratives and initiatives
• Lead regional crisis communications response and prioritize efforts based on player impact
• Directly manage the LoL EMEA PR Strategist and oversee channel-specific agencies
