💼 About This Role

You'll own production AI/ML components like LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines as an independent contributor. You'll drive design and reliability for a market-leading revenue enablement platform recognized by G2 and AI Breakthrough Awards. Your work directly impacts sales team behavior change and deal execution at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and improve production AI/ML components like LLM features and RAG pipelines.
• Own reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of AI modules end-to-end.
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for model output quality using tools like Maxim or LangFuse.
• Monitor AI services in production with Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Mentor SDE-1s and interns, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 1-2 years working on AI/ML systems in production.
• Solid programming skills in Python; Java or Go is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based features, ML pipelines, or data-intensive services.

• Experience with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval systems.
• Hands-on prompt engineering with chain-of-thought, few-shot, or structured output patterns.
• Exposure to AI gateway platforms for LLM cost governance.
