You'll join the Member Provider Services Optimization team at Oscar Health, a full-stack health insurance company. You'll lead cross-functional project management, process design, and data analysis to improve operations and achieve organizational goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects.
• Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for change management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor team members and promote professional development.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in Health insurance
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows with operating and technical procedures
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Data analytics experience using Excel, SQL, Python or other tools
