Description

You will drive strategic projects and technical initiatives across Coupang's eCommerce Engineering organization, directly impacting millions of customers. You'll own end-to-end responsibility from strategy development to execution, working with tech and business leaders to improve operational excellence and scale solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic or business development experience
• Experience in problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Ability to synthesize information and present insights to senior leadership
• Experience working with large datasets to derive business insights
• Leadership experience and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and processes to support organizational strategic direction
• Manage long-term goals and ensure customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance
• Prioritize programs aligned with mission and goals
• Drive implementation of new tools and processes across multiple organizations
• Work with internal stakeholders to drive scalable solutions and process improvements
