You'll provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software incidents across the enterprise. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure service level agreements are met and contribute to process improvement. This role offers the chance to work with Microsoft Intune and Entra in a healthcare data solutions environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software incidents
• Build, test, and distribute equipment to new and existing employees
• Support incident resolution and provide root cause analysis for network outages
• Participate in on-call rotation to support critical issues outside business hours

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience troubleshooting Windows environments and hardware
• Excellent understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, and Entra
• 2+ years experience with IT infrastructure components like servers, networks, and SSO
• Ability to participate in 24/7 on-call technical support rotation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Cisco FMC and Firepower devices
• Working knowledge of Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and cloud security
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
