💼 About This Role

You'll join Bluelight's rapidly growing team as an Outbound SDR, generating new leads and qualifying prospects for our SaaS consultancy. You'll proactively prospect via cold calls, email, and social media, using HubSpot to manage your pipeline and collaborate with the marketing team. This role offers fully remote work with a focus on Latin America.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect new accounts via cold calls, email, and social media
  • Qualify leads and set meetings for sales executives
  • Work with Marketing on outbound warm calling for MQAs
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report weekly results

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven quota achievement and exceeding lead targets
  • HubSpot or similar CRM proficiency
  • Excellent communication via phone and email

  • Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
  • Passion for first responder technology or direct experience
