You'll help define and build a new support function for Figma Weave, troubleshooting complex bugs and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. Your core impact will be delivering experiences that build trust throughout the Figma community. You'll act as a voice of the customer, identifying trends and advocating for improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Diagnose complex bugs in Figma Weave products
  • Interact with customers daily via email and forum
  • Troubleshoot inquiries and report bugs to Engineering
  • Act as point of contact for critical technical issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in QA or Support for technical SaaS
  • Troubleshooting and debugging across multiple platforms
  • Consultative communication skills for technical concepts
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments

  • Experience with AI/ML tools
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma
  • Background in product support
