Description

You will build and support our partner ecosystem, recruiting and enabling consultants, VARs, and MSSPs to drive adoption of Bugcrowd's security platform. You'll develop go-to-market plans, collaborate with sales teams, and negotiate partner agreements to achieve measurable results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales or channel sales
  • Ability to describe complex topics clearly to C-suite, engineers, and thought leaders
  • Prior experience in early stage channel growth
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Previous experience with US security VARs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and enable consultants, VARs, and MSSPs in assigned territory
  • Develop and execute GTM partner plans driving sell-with/sell-through results
  • Partner with account teams and sales engineering to communicate Bugcrowd's value
  • Collaborate with internal resources to define partner and prospect engagement
  • Negotiate and sign partners to drive product adoption through differentiation
