💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the financial planning infrastructure for a fast-growing, deeply technical startup. You'll create a new operating model that supports a rapidly changing business across headcount, cloud spend, and international expansion. You'll launch a full budgeting program and partner with leaders to drive faster, better decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own core operating and forecasting model across revenue, headcount, and spend drivers.
• Launch and run full company budgeting program including annual planning and reforecasts.
• Partner with department leaders to translate plans into budgets and challenge assumptions.
• Support international expansion planning by modeling new entities and hiring options.
• Improve management reporting through better KPI tracking and decision-useful analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance business partnering.
• Track record building or rebuilding operating models in a scaling business.
• Experience improving budgeting and forecasting processes, not just maintaining them.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders on headcount planning and spend management.
