You'll ensure call quality, uptime, and drive operational excellence by troubleshooting complex call flows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and maintain voice infrastructure including SBCs and gateways
• Troubleshoot SIP signaling and call flow issues across global platforms
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to high-severity incidents
• Work with DevOps, Cloud, Network, and Security teams for reliable service
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in voice engineering or telecom infrastructure
• Strong understanding of SIP stack architecture and call setup
• Hands-on experience with SBCs and policy servers (Ribbon required)
• Experience supporting 24x7 operations, on-call support, and incident management

• Experience automating or scripting voice operations workflows
• Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana
