🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery and integration of AI platform into customer environments
• Conduct deep-dive discovery to define customer objectives and requirements
• Guide customers in tailoring AI agent capabilities to solve operational challenges
• Proactively analyze performance data to track AI effectiveness and drive improvement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing delivery roles at high-growth tech companies
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end
• Strong grasp of APIs and integrations to collaborate with engineering teams
• Comfortable using analytical tools like BigQuery to surface insights
