Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support via phone, email, and live chat for a financial services client, focusing on retirement plan account management and technical troubleshooting. You'll help clients optimize their retirement plans while supporting AI-driven technology.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Finance, or IT preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support or financial services
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Aircall preferred
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist with account activation and integration troubleshooting
- Deliver accurate guidance on retirement plan offerings (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
- Use Zendesk, Aircall, and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
