Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support via phone, email, and live chat for a financial services client, focusing on retirement plan account management and technical troubleshooting. You'll help clients optimize their retirement plans while supporting AI-driven technology.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Finance, or IT preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support or financial services
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Aircall preferred
  • Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Provide bilingual support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist with account activation and integration troubleshooting
  • Deliver accurate guidance on retirement plan offerings (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
  • Use Zendesk, Aircall, and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
