Description

You will develop and execute category strategies for Software/SaaS commodities, lead end-to-end sourcing, and negotiate high-value agreements. Partner cross-functionally to align procurement with technical and business needs while driving cost optimization and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 8+ years experience in supply chain commodity management of software/SaaS and legal contracts
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
• Juris doctorate preferred; defense/aerospace/tech industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for Software/SaaS commodities
• End-to-end sourcing: RFI/RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract execution
• Lead negotiations for multi-year, high-value agreements on pricing, renewals, IP, data protection
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, drive performance management
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal to align procurement with business needs
