You'll implement HR policies and partner with site leaders to drive business objectives for the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets. You'll focus on employee relations, talent development, and compliance to support a fast-growing, purpose-driven company. This role offers hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment with a global energy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and manage HR policies and employee relations programs.
• Partner with site operations team to drive key performance indicators.
• Manage site-level leaves of absence and benefits administration.
• Source, select, onboard, and retain associates.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Experience resolving associate relations issues.

✨ Nice to Have

• Start-up experience (greenfield or brownfield site).
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
