💼 About This Role

You'll lead tax and transaction valuation engagements for a technology-powered CFO advisory firm serving PE and mid-market clients. Your work will directly influence high-consequence decisions, from growth share valuations to cross-border structuring. This role offers the chance to shape the valuations practice as the firm scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tax and transaction valuation engagements for compliance and reporting.
• Deliver UK tax compliance valuations for share-based payments and restructuring.
• Support transactions with purchase price allocation and asset valuation.
• Advise on transfer pricing, international tax, and HMRC inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• 8 to 12 plus years in valuations or deals with PE exposure.
• Experience preparing and reviewing tax valuations of unquoted shares.
• Confidence dealing with HMRC and defending technical positions.
• Strong commercial judgement and client presence.
