You'll design and own the cloud infrastructure and databases that power Flex's HSA/FSA payment platform for health and wellness brands. Your work will directly enable real-time payment processing and reliable, scalable systems for a fast-growing fintech company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and core systems
• Partner with backend and frontend teams to deliver platform capabilities
• Own and improve infrastructure, databases, and observability stack
• Troubleshoot production issues related to infrastructure and scaling

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Postgres (or similar), and Terraform (or similar)
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and working in fast-paced environments
• Collaborative with execution mindset and end-user focus

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating Rust services in production
• Background in payments, fintech, or health benefits (HSA/FSA)
