Description

As a Part-Time Personal Host, you will guide employees through relocation, coordinating moves and handling logistics with a white-glove approach. You'll provide high-touch support to help them feel at home in their new city, with flexibility to manage your time while being available for clients.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the USA
• At least 5 years of residency in Seattle with local expertise
• Own a reliable, registered, and insured 4-door vehicle with valid driver's license
• Flexibility to dedicate at least 25 hours per week
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture
• Conduct in-depth housing and school research
• Coordinate and lead area tours (in-person or virtual)
• Serve as primary point of contact throughout relocation
