You will ensure robust operations for core accounts, act as the voice of the customer within product squads, and drive strategic cross-collective initiatives to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness at scale.

Requirements

• Excellent project manager juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Comfortable with numbers to estimate 'size of prize' for prioritisation
• Data-informed using Looker and Google Sheets to evaluate trends
• Detail-oriented to make complex operations run smoothly and compliantly
• Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Responsibilities

• Identify areas to improve customer experience through operational data and feedback
• Support launch of new products and features by owning ops readiness and reporting
• Influence Product Squad goals on high priority Core topics and unlock strategic projects
• Run monthly Customer Experience and Core Ops Health meetings, sharing insights
• Partner with Risk Compliance to implement regulatory frameworks like Consumer Duty
