You'll configure and deploy Toloka's data labeling platform to meet client needs in the GenAI space. Your work directly enables cutting-edge AI model training for top tech companies. You'll collaborate with a remote-first global team on innovative projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze client requirements and design optimal solutions using Toloka's labeling stack
• Configure data labeling components into automated pipelines for ML training
• Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes
• Communicate with clients during pre-sales and project execution

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical solution engineering, data/system analysis, data science, or technical project management
• Python experience with pandas, numpy, API, and SDKs
• Understanding of software development principles including version control and testing
• Knowledge of basic statistics and data quality metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AirFlow
• Experience with prompt engineering
• Experience in crowdsourcing or machine learning projects
